This Refund and Virtual Items Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases, transactions, licenses, and digital acquisitions made on or through the website located at fantasyforgestudio.online and any related applications, games, digital platforms, and features (collectively, the "Services") operated by FantasyForge Studio ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By making a purchase or acquiring virtual property within our Services, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.
Refund and Virtual Items Policy

1. NATURE OF VIRTUAL ITEMS AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY
The Services may permit you to unlock, purchase, or otherwise acquire virtual assets, including but not limited to digital content, downloadable content (DLC), subscriptions, virtual skins, in-game characters, items, equipment, and virtual currency (collectively, "Virtual Items").
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
Limited License Only: Virtual Items possess no real-world monetary value and do not constitute personal property. You do not own these assets. Instead, you are granted a limited, personal, non-assignable, non-transferable, revocable license to use these items solely within the designated software environment of the Services.
Non-Redeemable: Virtual Items and virtual currencies cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into fiat currency (e.g., U.S. Dollars, Euros), physical goods, or any tangible property from the Company or any third party.
Prohibition of Outside Transfers: The transfer, sale, barter, or trade of Virtual Items outside of the official gameplay mechanics provided by the Company is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized third-party marketplace transactions will result in immediate asset forfeiture and account termination.
2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise explicitly required by applicable local law or the specific operational rules of third-party mobile storefronts (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), all digital purchases, subscriptions, and acquisitions of Virtual Items are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Immediate Consumption: Because digital goods and Virtual Items are delivered and provisioned to your account immediately upon successful transaction processing, you lose any right of withdrawal once the digital delivery is complete.
Account Termination Forfeiture: If your account is suspended, terminated, or permanently banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Community Code of Conduct, you forfeit all remaining Virtual Items and virtual balances. No refunds or financial credits will be issued under these circumstances.
3. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS AND INTERNATIONAL EXCEPTIONS
The Company acknowledges that certain jurisdictions maintain mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be overridden by contractual agreements.
European Union and United Kingdom Residents: If you reside in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you possess a statutory fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, you explicitly agree that this right of withdrawal is waived the moment performance begins and the digital content is successfully credited to your account or download queue.
Storefront Processing: If you made a purchase through an intermediary store (such as Apple, Google, or Steam), any refund requests must be filed directly through those respective platforms. FantasyForge Studio cannot directly reverse charges processed via external platform storefronts.
4. PRICE ALTERATIONS AND ASSET MODIFICATION
FantasyForge Studio retains the absolute and unilateral right to manage, regulate, control, modify, re-price, or completely eliminate Virtual Items and virtual currencies at any time, without prior notice or liability to you.
Balance Corrections: We reserve the right to correct in-game economic balances if an error, exploit, or software bug results in unintended asset accumulation.
Game Balancing: We may adjust the properties, statistics, visual appearance, or utility of Virtual Items as part of ongoing game balance updates and software maintenance.
5. REVENUE DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
You agree to notify us at support@fantasyforgestudio.online regarding any billing discrepancies or unauthorized transactions before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your financial institution or third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or PayPal) for validly delivered digital goods, FantasyForge Studio reserves the right to immediately freeze, suspend, or permanently terminate your user account to prevent fraud.
