3. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable international laws, FantasyForge Studio maintains a strict policy concerning repeat infringers. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to terminate the user accounts, restrict access privileges, or completely ban any user who is repeatedly flagged for, or found to be engaged in, the unauthorized posting or distribution of copyrighted materials.
