Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") establish the behavioral standards, safety rules, and code of conduct for all users interacting within the website located at fantasyforgestudio.online and all related applications, games, forums, chat rooms, and digital spaces (collectively, the "Services") operated by FantasyForge Studio ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
To maintain a safe, fair, and respectful environment, compliance with these Guidelines is mandatory. By accessing or using the Services, you contractually agree to abide by these rules. Violation of these Guidelines constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and will result in disciplinary action against your account.
1. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR AND HARASSMENT
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct within public chats, private messages, forums, or usernames:
Harassment and Bullying: Engaging in targeted abuse, stalking, intimidation, or malicious trolling directed at any player, user, or staff member.
Hate Speech: Transmitting content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
Toxic Communication: Utilizing extreme profanity, vulgarity, sexually explicit language, or aggressive personal insults.
Impersonation: Falsely claiming to be a FantasyForge Studio employee, moderator, representative, or another player.
2. GAMEPLAY FAIRNESS AND ANTI-CHEATING POLICY
To preserve competitive integrity and fair play, you must play the games honestly. The following technical and behavioral infractions are strictly banned:
Cheats and Exploits: Using bots, automation software, hacks, modifications (mods), or any unauthorized third-party software that alters gameplay mechanics or grants an unfair advantage.
Bug Abuse: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, code glitches, or unintended system vulnerabilities for personal or competitive gain.
Match Manipulation: Engaging in win-trading, rank-boosting, intentional throwing (griefing), or collusion with opposing players to manipulate game rankings or reward structures.
Account Trading: Selling, buying, renting, sharing, or transferring user accounts or virtual item inventories outside of official, authorized platform channels.
3. SPAM, SCAMS, AND COMMERCE RESTRICTIONS
Our communication tools are intended for genuine social connection and gameplay. You are prohibited from using our platforms for unauthorized commercial activity or deceptive practices:
Fraud and Scams: Attempting to deceive other users to acquire their login credentials, personal data, real money, or virtual items (including social engineering, phishing, or fraudulent trading promises).
Commercial Solicitation: Advertising commercial products, real-world businesses, external websites, referral links, or third-party services without explicit written permission from the Company.
Disruptive Messaging: Flooding text channels with repetitive text (spamming), formatting text to disrupt reading flows, or distributing malicious computer code, links, or malware.
4. REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT PROTOCOLS
We retain absolute and sole discretion to investigate reported infractions and execute enforcement actions to protect our community.
A. How to Report a Violation
If you observe a user violating these Guidelines, please report the incident immediately by contacting our moderation team at support@fantasyforgestudio.online. When submitting a report, include all available evidence, such as player usernames, timestamps, and screenshots.
B. Disciplinary Actions
Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, the Company may enforce disciplinary actions including, but not limited to:
Formal Warning: A documented notification detailing the infraction and future consequences.
Communication Restriction: Temporary or permanent muting of text and voice chat privileges.
Temporary Suspension: Short-term revocation of account access privileges (ranging from 24 hours to multiple weeks).
Permanent Account Termination: The absolute and irreversible closure of your user account and access to the Services, resulting in the immediate forfeiture of all virtual items, ranks, and licenses without a refund.
